Using our sites.

These terms cover caven.com and the websites we operate for our venues at The Crossroads. By using them, you agree to what is on this page. If you do not, please do not use the sites.

Our sites publish event listings, schedules, and venue information. Age and entry requirements are set by each venue and enforced at the door — what is posted online is not an entry guarantee.

Content and ownership.

The Caven name, our venue names and logos, and the photography on these sites belong to Caven Enterprises or to the photographers we work with. Do not reuse them commercially without written permission. Press and media can use the materials in our Media Kit on the terms described there.

If you send us something — a job application, a press request, a message — you keep ownership of it. You give us permission to use it for the purpose you sent it for.

Caven Site Services.

Caven Site Services is an internal application we built to run our own websites. Its main job is to pull recent posts from our venues’ own Instagram accounts and display them on those venues’ pages, so each site shows what is actually happening at the venue.

It is not a public product. It is not offered, sold, or installed for anyone outside Caven Enterprises, and it has no sign-up. It reads only the accounts we own and have authorized, and only their posts — images, captions, timestamps, and links back to Instagram.

The app collects nothing from you when you view a venue page. Posts are stored on our own servers so pages load quickly and keep working if Instagram is unavailable.

Instagram and Meta.

The app uses Meta’s official Instagram API with credentials issued to Caven Enterprises, and our use follows Meta’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

Instagram content remains the property of the account that posted it. Instagram and Meta do not sponsor, endorse, or administer our sites, and nothing here implies a partnership with them. If your content appears on one of our pages because a venue reposted it and you would like it removed, email us and we will take it down.

We may turn the integration off, or remove any post it displays, at any time.

Acceptable use.

Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to our sites or the systems behind them. Do not use them to impersonate Caven Enterprises or any of our venues, or to publish anything unlawful.

Disclaimers.

Event listings, schedules, performers, and hours change, often at short notice. We publish them in good faith but cannot guarantee they are current, and a listing is not a promise that an event will happen as described. Check with the venue before making plans around one.

Our sites are provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, Caven Enterprises is not liable for losses arising from their use.

Privacy.

How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, including how to request deletion of your data. Cookies are covered in our Cookie Policy.

Changes to these terms.

We update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
