When we photograph or record.
Caven venues regularly host photographers, videographers, and the press. We also operate security cameras throughout the premises. By entering Station 4, The Rose Room, TMC, Sue Ellen’s, JR’s Bar & Grill, or Cheat Code Lounge, you grant Caven Enterprises a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your image, likeness, and voice as captured on the premises for promotional, editorial, archival, and security purposes.
How images are used.
Promotional photography may appear on caven.com, on individual venue websites, on Caven and venue social media, in printed materials, and in press features. Security recordings are kept for safety and incident review only and are not used for promotional purposes.
Performers & private events.
Performers, hosts, and contracted talent are covered by separate written agreements that govern image and recording rights for their work. Private events and venue buyouts may have additional photo policies negotiated in advance — see your event coordinator.
Removing an image.
If you’d like a specific photo of you removed from caven.com or our social channels, email [email protected] with a link to the image and a brief description. We honor reasonable removal requests promptly. We cannot remove images already published by third-party press outlets.
Press & media credentials.
Working press should arrange credentials in advance through the Press desk. Recording or filming for commercial release without prior approval is not permitted on the premises.
